On April 27, 2023, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York found that Plaintiff Wee Care Nanny Agency has shown that there is a likelihood of confusion caused by Defendant WeeCare, Inc.’s use of the WeeCare mark with Plaintiff’s valid and incontestable registered trademark “Wee Care Nanny”, and granted our motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining Defendant WeeCare, Inc. from using the name WeeCare in connection with services for placing nannies and babysitters for childcare and educators for children in the home.
